Open Question: So my mom had the idea to make my aunt a video for Christmas...?

my aunt lives in Florida and my family and I live in upstate NY, and she used to live right down the road from us until a few years ago when she moved down south. My brother, sister and I haven't seen her since she moved, and then, long story short, playing with my stepfather's camcorder, there came about the idea to make Aunt Beth a video of us three as a nice surprise, since Joe mentioned earlier having bought a bunch of blank DVDs. We did a trial run today, and I had no idea what to tell her, other than the fact that I'm excited to go to Disney World in March where she will try to hang out with me for a day, but obviously she already knows about that. XD So my question is, what should I talk about when we make the real thing? Lol i appreciate any suggestions, thanks! And I know it's way too early to be talking about Christmas, being as it's only almost September, but hey planning ahead never hurt anyone :)

Open Question: Am I the only person who doesn't like the new Miley Cyrus?

I don't hate her, because I don't hate anybody, but I have no respect for her because of what she is becoming. Her Can't Be Tamed video was enough to shift my viewpoint of her (not to mention her live Party in the USA's stage performances of her grinding and dryhumping her backupdancers in a tight leotard), but then I saw a live video of her at an adults club in a torn t-shirt and the most sexually provocative "dress" thing underneath that I've ever seen and the lights were dark and she was feeling herself up everywhere, and on Britain's Got Talent, whether or not she kissed her female backup dancer (from the camera angle you couldn't tell), it is reasonable to assume that that is what we were MEANT to assume. She is still only 17, I don't know why people keep saying she is 18. Even if she was 18 it isn't a right of passage into adulthood to become overly-provocative, there are girls as young as 13 and 14 in this world having sex and it does not make them adults, it makes them not very bright. You become an adult by maturing intellectually, so saying Miley is just "growing up" is an excuse for her because she can easily mature in her music and image without the outfits and the kissing and grinding and promiscuous behavior. When I saw The Last tune and When I Look At You video, I liked her and liked what road she was taking. I did not look Hannah Montana anymore, I saw a beautiful teenager growing gracefully into a young lady. Why was that not enough? Why couldn't she just continue in that way? And she is consciously smashing her wholesome and pure image to pieces when really, if it weren't for Disney, she wouldn't even be famous in the first place. Not to mention in the process she's being a terrible example for every of the little girls who look up to her. To me, that is proof of how ungrateful and greedy she is. Am I the only person who sees it this way?

In general... my mom and dad said if I raised enough money, I could go to Disney World with one of them and 3 friends. We think the whole trip will cost around $1000 in every, for plane tickets, hotel, park tickets, and food altogether. Hopefully we're going next summer. If not, we're going to ditch school. My partner is a welder and works for a well known company who makes MRI machines and has an average income. He has no kids. Due to our situation we do not have the finanical ability to marry and live together, which we wish to rectify in the future. My daughter is my life! She is my pride and joy! I cannot imagine a day or night without her! As I have had financial difficulties and the pressures of raising a child as a single parent, (in my situation where a second parent is unable to assist in daily upbringing and financial commitment) I made a decision many years ago that I would not expand my family any further, in which Darren agrees. My intention is to gain well paid employment and to like the daughter that I have. In the future years I plan on taking her travelling and to experience what different countries, cultures, and sights are available to expand her life experiences. (Probably starting at Disney World Florida.) For these reason I feel, as a fit and healthy 30 year old lady that I have the opportunity, experience, and ability to enable another couple to experience the pure joys of parenthood. If they can put Tron's world in Kingdom hearts and make it look and play great then I bet the creative minds behind these forces can brew something up. no offense to anyone but over people are really ignorant about the relax of the world, like especially younger people, they think that every the world is is this one country and doesn't seem to look that there is the whole of earth out there, so many countries, each with its possess personality like I'm having like a flashback, when I was in elementary school this kid asked me if there were schools where I came from or if people eat insects where I arrive from, and I'm like WHAT THE crap? I need to know if I should quit band. I need the answer by today if possible! I play trumpet and I am in the 8th grade band. I know I am going to quit before high school, so at the end of this year. Resolved Question: Dressing Up As A Disney Character In Disneyland/Disney World?

Okay this is going to be a stupid question but here goes. I was thinking this the other day and thought, if someone was to cosplay/dress up as a Disney character such as like Cinderella or Goofy, and go to Disneyland or Disney World. Would they be allowed to arrive in? Or would they be kicked out since they don't want their tourists to be confused since they already have people being paid to wear those costumes. Anyways I wish you receive what I'm asking lol. I dunno why I thought of this but I did.
